Sweet Room Experiences?

I´ve now analyzed my room and implemented some Sweet Room filters. Since I got different values for left and right channel, the eq differs on the Companion vs the Master. My problem is that when I switch between Main and Alternate using the remote, the displays show "Main-Main" and then "Main-Alternate". I can´t get them both to show "Alternate" at the same time, although all other communication between the Master and the Companion works perfectly well. Has anyone experienced the same and more important, does anyone know how to solve this?
