Really? If the baseline temperatures were around 30 C (~300 K), a 10% increase would be 30 K meaning new temperatures of ~60 C. Looking at your picture, I guess the actual temperature increase is about 3 C which is 1%.
I'm not being pedantic for the sake of it, even if it sometimes seems like it . My point is that it's misleading to talk about percentage changes in temperatures measured on a scale such as Celsius which is based on an arbitrary starting point.
