How do you change battery for the Phantom Remote?

Twist the second ring, just below the silver. You'll find two Aaa batteries inside. Just changed mine the other day

How long did you do with the batteries that came with the remote? I'm surprised you already changed them.

I had a lot of problems with my remote needing to be reconnected all the time. 2 days ago it died out completely. Changed the batteries and I have not had any problems since. Believe that the batteries from devialet might be bad to start with.
