Regarding the surround setup the entry level setup costs €17000 and won't be available today ordinary customers. 
Like eibet wrote, with a Dialog, five Phantom's , a surround preamp and 3 stereo ADC's it should be possible, in theory, to make what Devialet calls a 5:5 surround setup for a lot less than €17000. Wouldn't be one box though
