Usually the digital sound runs faster then the digital videostream. In this case an audio delay device is helpfull. I suggest to watch a live tennismatch to see what the problem is. If you hear the ball hitting the tennisrackets before you're really are seeing it being hit, then an external audiodelay device could be a solution if your gear (TV or setupbox) doesn't offer a proper onboard audiodelay.
