Are there any error codes?
I ended sending the amp back to Devialet, where they replaced one of the boards (can't remember which one).
Hope you get it sorted without too much trouble.
No error codes. I am going tot try a different power cord.
Have you heard about Triode Labs power cable with a special narrow Furutech FI-C15(G) C13 IEC connector, designed for Devialet gear with a sliding cove. He has given a 30 day trial with money back.
Will try it out and post how it performs.
No idea if a different power cord would address the issues you're having, but I can speak very highly of the Triode Wire Labs power cords and specifically using that Furutech IEC termination in the Expert. I've got a 440 Pro and am using TWL High Powered Digital American PCs with that IEC termination on each. These power cords are a major step up from the Audioquest NRG-X cords that Devialet provides with the new Pros.
But I have no idea how a power cord might cause the problem you're experiencing. Since you're not seeing any error codes, my guess is either source or configuration issue. You could pull the config card out completely, power cycle and let it default to factory settings. Then try your simplest source (e.g. CD player).
