I am not sure what 'BL' refers to, I could only guess.
What I do know is that I ordered a 1000 Pro late August 2016, both master and companion show the same, BL 6.0 & BL 2.9. It is perhaps worth mentioning that mine both indicate IHM 10.0.5. As to what the significance of all this is, I have no idea!
