I had to reset my system. After a few restarts, I noticed that the Firmware on my Dialog and Phantoms were 1.14.0.18. Is this a new release? The connection labels on the Phantoms are now Wifi 5G instead of PLC. It seems like a major change in the networking! I hope it solves some of my connection problems.
