Someone else had this problem. It’s advised to contact Devialet support and have the unit replaced. It’s a very rare defect in production. The reason or the impacts on sound is unknown but Devialet consider it a replaceable issue. I’ve only ever seen it once before and it was replaced right away.

Woofers should always be flush with the casing when not playing.
