The 7.1.3 is rather old and not compatible with CI Pro Experts. I used it for a long time on my 250 and 250 Pro. Ended up preferring 10.1.0 (the latest version before Devialet started the CI upgrades) on my 250 Pro. 7.1.3 had a lot going for it though..
