Since the device is not under warranty, does Devialet really need to respond? How many other manufacturers would respond to similar requests?

I don't think there's any indication about it's warranty status. I know when I sold my 120 I was easily able to transfer the balance of the warranty. We don't know what the situation is here

In any event, I was wondering about whether devialet would respond to the measurements. That's got nothing to do with warranty
