To be fair Chris there is not much likelihood of them knowing any more about your cartridge than you do...
Hopefully the spec supplied by Benz has the recommended loading in it and the nominal output voltage.

Guess you're right. Problem I had was that person I talked to sounded like a first level technical support guy, and had no clue what I was even asking about. Anyway, Mike kindly provided his settings so I have a good start
