US Phantom Preorder is up - anyone know the return policy?

Well, if it can give you an idea, due to a problem with my Dialog (purchased from colette.fr, not direct from Devialet) I got in touch with Devialet to ascertain what was wrong and UPS came to my house this morning to collect it, on Devialet's dime.
They sent me a new one that should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, it was supposed to leave Customs today.

And this is from someone who lives much further from Paris than the US, I am in Mauritius Island.

Based on this I wouldn't worry too much about the return policy, at least in case of a defect.
