Remote : add screen and remove proprietary tech

I asked devialet if they would open their protocol specs for air and the remote protocol but they told me, that they are not willing to do so.

I was eager to write an Linux air driver which could run directly on my NAS.

I started some reverse engineering from network trace, but didn't find the time yet to go deeper.
