Was perusing the forum an hour or so ago and came across a thread confusing Pono & phono. Made me laugh a little but got me thinking a little Neil Young might be worthy of a spin about now. Went for October 1978's "Comes a Time." When I got to 'Four Strong Winds' with backup by Nicolette Larson I was stopped dead in my tracks! Most beautiful version of it I've EVER heard and I've heard it live a half dozen times! One of those albeit rare & special meldings of recording engineering and just the right playback equipment. I mean EVERYTHING just worked! Played it 5-6 times which never happens any more. It was a very very special listen. The kind of listen that happens maybe only once or twice a year if you're lucky!
