I guess you have a point. But I see other companies talking to their customers on forums. Often they are only re-stating things that have been published but it seems to me that people would be heartened just to have an occasional acknowledgment "we hear your concern, we're working on it" sort of thing. Other wise the concerns and complaints here just bouncing around in an echo chamber.
My phantom system has always worked well and I love it, but seeing so many problems others have gives me nerves. Some reassurances from the company would be nice.
