Stereo - Parallel setup or toe-in?

I'd very much like to know how you set up your stereo phantoms.

Do you use stands? If so what height are these stands? Are they toed-in to your listening spot or do you prefer no toe-in at all. It is very interesting for me to find out which setup you consider to be the best for stereo.

I myselft use the branch stands and the speakers are toed-in in a way that the tweeter points directly to my ears. This setup gives me the best soundstage.

cheers

Mine are toed in to opposite corners of the listening stage. This gives the best allround sound for everyone in the listening area, but the sound is alomst non-existing everywhere else in the room. Edit: Mine are on a media center rack that stands 64 cm of the ground. They are approx 3 m apart.
