iOS / Android remote control App losing contact
#1
Question
Hi - anyone had trouble with the iOS and/or Android remote control App losing contact with their Devialet Expert after waking the amp from standby?

Seems to be fixed by hard power off of (in my case) the D200, kill the App then power on the amp and restart App.

Normally my D200 goes into automatic standby after about 20 minutes of no input (as opposed to me putting it into standby).

Then when I wake it up the App spins around in its <searching> mode then gives the <can't find device - make sure it's on the same network etc. etc.> message when I prod it.

I'm on a D200 with Hardware 5.0.0, Firmware 9.0.2 and get the same problem with iOS (currently 9.3.1) and Android (currently 6.0.1) Apps but had the same problem with earlier versions of iOS / Android.  My 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is stable and all other devices / Apps work OK (e.g. iPeng, Squeezebox Commander, etc.) without dropping out.

Ideas?
