I use Audirvana on customized Mac Mini(with linear power supply, SSD drive, 8 GB memory etc..) connected to Synology NAS using CAT6 network cable(there is a special network switch to transfer video and audio files between devices). Mac Mini is connected to Devialet with a USB connection(wireworld starlight 7 usb cable).
Do I hear any significant improvement in Audio quality if I use Roon on Mac Mini instead of Audirvana? By the way, Metadata about songs , albums etc. and other software UX improvements are not important for me at all. The real audio quality, the sound you hear is more important.
