AIR - Automatic streaming when device appears doesn't work

So, it seems to be a problem with Ethernet connection. If I stream via WiFi everything works perfect. However with Ethernet it often starts to switch between "white" and "grey" status of the Ethernet connection on the Dev screen and there is just no sound.

I've found a thread with the similar issue (no sound via Ethernet), but no solution is listed. Anyone any experience with the problematic Ethernet input?
