Hi All,
First off, I have to admit, I'm not nearly as knowledgable as a lot of people on this forum and this is my first post to any type of audiophile chat room, so please excuse any unintentionally dumb statements or questions.
I just got an Expert Pro 250 and Linn Sondek LP 12 with a Windfeld Ti cartridge. Everything sounds great, but I'm surprised at the amount of hiss coming from the system at high volumes. I reduced the sampling rate from 192 kHz to 96, but the hiss is still quite noticeable. In fact, it's far greater than my previous system, which was far less high end.
Any recommendations? I greatly appreciate everyone's input!
