I've demoed Vivid Audio's Giya G1 Spirit, and Sf's Olympica I. At different dealers, with different gear.
I would say the Spirits were very clear. The demo was not that long, so I didn't get a chance to really get comfortable. But I got the taste. On the other hand I would call the sound of B&W 802D3: special.
When demoing Olympica I, I really had hours with it. I also really enjoyed it, and was wowed by what these can do, and how it sounds, one song after the other. Sure, when a song called for highs excitement, you felt the lack. At that moment I was reminded at how wonderful the highs on B&W 802D3 can be. But, besides that, for a standmount, it's wonderful. I'm definitely an Olympica guy.
Now, what I really need to know is ELECTA Amator III vs Olympica.
