More alarming is the fact that several different reviews are now indicating the Expert limiting output power on high frequencies. This is against regulations in US according to "amirm".

I have created a support ticket if we could get an official answer to these questions and points.

Maybe the Expert Pro lineup can be simply renamed in the US from D140-D220-D250 to D3-D4-D6 (or whatever the measurements show) to comply with the regulations?  Wink

Haha, hilarious! Big Grin That would certainly "fix" the regulation issue.

Joking aside, it would be nice to hear something from Devialet on this. Maybe there is a logical reason behind, like maybe all the reviewers (Stereophile, Miller Audio Research, Amir, etc) all used some incorrect configuration that explains these interesting results.
