What’s the video source into the projector? Apple TV in the mix could connect via HDMI to the projector, and airplay audio to the phantom.
An AV Receiver might be overkill, but would accept the HDMI signal from your video source and pass it through to your projector, while diverting the audio output via optical port to one of the Phantom. You don’t need to output to both of them: pairing them in the Devialet app will take care of distributing the stereo signal to the other phantom.
I’m with Ragwo on the soundbar. I think you’ll have issues getting everything time-synced correctly.
