Devialet Phantom 108db 'pop' problem

I use both Bluetooth and Airplay and both trigger the problem.
Devialet also offered me to do so but I am afraid it will just have the same problem.
If music doesn't trigger the problem, try watching movies. Anything with sudden bursts at the lower frequencies (below 20hz) like guns, rocket launchers, fistfights. Loud sweeps like Edge Of tomorrow's intro didn't even trigger the problem although those are supposed to be more dangerous for subwoofers.
