Didn't the upgrade include some improvements (or replacement?) of the power supply? I do not know the exact details of this change, but I do know there are differences in the power supply. Maybe this explains part of the improvement in sound quality that some report? Although with power supply modifications, how apparent the improvement will be could be very speaker dependant. As for any lovely DSP related upgrades coming soon, I would imagine the main focus at Devialet currently must be sorting out Spark and DIALOG. This has to be a severe embarrassment for them at the moment. Maybe they have different teams working on the Phantom & "Expert" ranges? Does anyone know?
