Dirac and room correction software

Hello to All,
I am new to this chat few days ago and found this thread interesting. I have been looking for something simple in room correction. I have just placed and order for DDRC 22D.
Perhaps someone can help with some of my questions:
1. It is rated at 24/96. How does this affect the source if it is at a higher rate, say 24/192?
2. Does this mean that Devialet will up convert to 24/192 after the DDRC box?
3. Where exactly does this unit fit in the chain, between PC and Devialet?
4. What is the issue with input/source selection that you will need and extra USB streamer($35) that Rodney has suggested?
May be these questions will become clearer once I dip my hands into this.
