There are a number of folk who were in much correspondence with Devialet in the early days of the White noise issues, myself included. Much of this correspondence was collaborative, that is Devialet users trying to provide decent quality information to Devialet with the aim being to help cure the issue. (Generally sod all information provided back from Devialet though) There have been a couple of occasions where Devialet have provided beta versions of AIR to these individuals and solicited feedback. I am currently using a Beta version of AIR, which works ok for me, albeit with some workarounds.
