Regarding the long list of NIC adapter settings, they are the settings that I think are optimized for low latency audio. Downside of these settings (especially because of disabling interrupt moderation) is that your PC will consume more CPU power during high traffic. Also they turn of wake on LAN so if you'd like to use that reenable the last three settings. Otherwise I see no downsides.

Regarding disabling of all the protocols except for TCP/IP (v4) and QoS, you'd only want to do that on the interface if it's used as a direct ethernet connection to the Devialet. It'll break things like file sharing in a Windows network.
