They have already replied me the same thing, and I have already told them they are wrong. Which they perfectly know.
On a TV or a receiver or a dvd/bluray player, you can only adjust a positive audio delay, not a negative audio delay (or a video delay).
So it is useless for the phantoms...
It seems to me they won't never bother to resolve this problem...
Re positive, hard to understand why audio would ever present earlier than video, if that is the concept.
