I think you might be right there. I am pretty sure that if Devialet decided to throw some serious resources at it they could get it fixed. And by serious resources I mean a team of developers working 24/7 for a couple of months. That's a LOT of money spent on something that won't necessarily boost sales.
Sorry but I just don't see how that's going to happen.
All I can say is thank goodness there are so many other ways of enjoying the Devialet sound.
