Cold sound

Just a short update. My D200 is finally starting to sound as it should. I am on firmware 9.0.1 and it has been playing non-stop for exactly one month. Last week bass was getting overwhelming and very unfocused. Before that lows just weren't there. Think it is finally getting there now.

Getting the Devialet in right phase does have an effect. So you might want to check phase on your power cords too if it is possible in Denmark. Half way through the first month I noticed that the slam I was expecting just wasn't there. dynamics weren't what they should be, and I checked the power cords. Absolute phase can easily be switched in my country (The Netherlands) and I don't know if that is possible in Denmark too. But since you're also in Europe, that might be the case.

My Devialet sounds best with the power cord plugged in so that in the IEC plug the live wire is the right one (IEC plug held in V shape). Don't know how to put it more clear.
