I've had those windows updates the last few days on my machines but they went relatively swiftly
So Im thinking it could be the Office update being the slow one ...Im also running Office 2007 on one of those machines but sine i have not updated it since year dot Im not willing to test this theory ....it could take months for mine to update LOL
