Was one of the "different brands" Shunyata or AudioQuest? If so, what differences did you hear? Thanks.

Audioquest yes, but I have not tested Shunyata.
LessLoss and Wireworld is also good, but SR remove some kind of noice and distortion. Some recordings I did belive was bad recorded or mastered now sounds good:-) I hear more music and less speakers. And no fatigue after long and loud listening:-)
