That setting is in advanced on a connection per connection basis you'll track it down. By default audio is redirected out the rdp session.
Good catch! I forgot about that (my RDP setting is saved to my desktop, so I haven't looked at the details for a while)
My experience with AIR3b has been that it is pretty robust, so I'm sure the OP will get there eventually. It has never once blue-screened the NUC, so what few glitches I have encountered have been easy to recover.
