I think they will reuse them for the 130pro.
Concerning upgrade of the 120 to the 240pro - it has to provide exceptional added value to make this a resonable investment. As you mentioned EUR 3.000 is big money and there are a lot of manufacturers out there that offer hardware that along with the existing 120 will enable a great HiFi experience. Yet, if the "price / performance ratio" is attractive I think a good number of customers will go that route ... of course the disappointments so far (like hardly any working AIR and other bugs) must be solved and there needs to be a new "framework / environment" like the new OS that is a solid base for future developments.
