The Diablo 300 is something really special, a friend of mine changed his D800 for the Diablo 300 and he thinks it is a better amp in his system.
The new Diablo 120 is going to cost around 9000€ but I dont know if that includes dac and riaa.

The technical info on the Diablo 120 states that you can have one optional module, either a phono stage or DAC. So it's not a one box solution.

You can have both the DAC and riaa at the same time just like the Diablo 300. The DAC is mounted in the hole at the backside and the riaa module is inside the amp and uses one rca input as phono connection. So it is a one box solution.
