Quick question in case you have a minute to answer - connected the Sonos Connect via Digital 1 - coax.

Need to run volume approx. 1/2 to get reasonable listening volume.  Seems wrong.  Sound is great.

Are Sonos Connects inherently odd in the volume department manner w/ Devialet (SONOS app setting is on 'line in' using Devialet volume)?  Any tips, I'm all ears.

Now onto AIR.  Thanks again.  The Goldenear Triton Twos sound like they never have before.

When you say "volume approx. 1/2" I guess you mean the volume level on the Sonos Connect?  If I were you I'd set the Connect zone to "fixed output", then control the volume level from the Devialet alone.  In principle that should give the best sound quality, as you're not using two digital volume controls in series.  (But I understand that there might be other reasons why you've set it up the way you have.)

The volume levels are very different for a lot of users , there is a thread on this very topic I think.
