In a way, yes and no. You could put an MQA DAC in front of the Devialet. But then you're technically missing the point of MQA where the decoding is supposed to be done in the DAC you're listening to. And with the Devialet converting everything to PCM and then back to analog this doesn't work as per the rule book. Still, the Devialet ADC/DAC should be transparent enough to show some improvement. I wouldn't buy an MQA DAC though. just let Tidal desktop do the conversion.
