Shocking Customer Service

There's been a lot of discussion on the forum about the power supply noise in the original Expert series (for example: here, here and here).  It seems to be a matter of luck whether or not a given unit makes the noise or not, and how loud it is.  A lot of people end up just living with it (as I did).  As far as I know, Devialet consider this completely normal (see this article on their support site) and you might have a struggle to get them to replace your unit just for that reason.  Maybe your dealer might be able to help if you've bought your master recently.
