Since the release of the Phantom followed by the Pro series, I've been thinking that Devialet has probably done it's "big thing" in high-end audio, for good. But hey, maybe we soon can get an integrated camera for the remote control for some nice selfie pics, some colored plastic covers for the amps and a social media app courtesy of Devialet? Wouldn't that be something to look forward to?
Two years ago Devialet's workers informed in reviews that Their goal is mass market and that time for so called ,,audiohile" products ended. Phantom was first product aimed for luxury mass market. Now it is time for REAL tech gadgets market. Of course They offered in meantime Golden Expert plus Pro but this is still more or less facelifting of Experts.
Devialet used audiophile market to start, now They are using luxury gadget market for their targets.
