I got an email that the power button is NOK and they need to get one from France. So they not just installing but thoroughly checking all functions! This will cause a delay for me to get the unit back. I am presently under mandatory evacuation because of the Thomas fire in California and I can see from maps that part my property is burned but hopefully not the house. Devialet told me they will coordinate the shipping with me so I am quite impressed with their service!
