Emailed them on 23 Jan - no response
Emailed again yesterday, and received the reply today, "Your Expert Pro system has well arrived in our workshops. Our engineers will setup the Core Infinity board within 15 days."
Coincidentally, today is the 15th day from 18 Jan when my OdA was signed and received in Fleurs
