Between 18.01 to 15.02 there was no communication at all with regards to the status of my OdA, except for a generic reply sent on the 15th day that the CI board will be setup within 15 days.
It is disturbing to note that Devialet engineers do not talk to the upgrade team, and I can only conclude that as a result Judith had nothing to update during this period.
Hopefully the CI board works as it intended to be and I do not have to deal with Devialet on this for the time being. I will just enjoy the music.
