I'll be home from work in about 1 hour and will try again with the brand new config files.

Should I try and reformat the SD Cards to ensure everything wiped off them or just trash clean out (I've all Macs). Ill' be doing the same steps as yourself so hopefully this will do the trick (or have to rely on David's Voodoo Magic
).
Here's hoping this does the trick as if not don't know what to do next
