@Celts88 , I haven't upgraded yet. I've had the boxes here for months but told Devialet I would wait until they have a proper working firmware version. I'm so glad I'm a member of this forum and learned from other people's 'mistakes'. The last thing I want is to have to deal with the troubles you're going through at the moment.
I'm not the guy on the Goldie who ordered speakers from Mike Lenehan. I'm the guy south of the Goldie who just put a deposit down for a new kitchen... a man's gotta eat!
As for the configurator, when you click download, you're effectively saving too. I know sometimes it's not saving your complete config but somehow I believe if there was a save button it probably wouldn't fix that issue.
