Core Infinity listening impressions and comparisons

I was surprised, that sometimes I can hear the edginess, but most of time I can’t. Initially I associated that with the “mood thing”. So I paid attention recently to listening “circumstances”. I am still not 100% sure, but I think the edginess goes away, if my D220 is wormed up sufficiently. The temps must be at least 40C. More over 40 degrees, the better. Unfortunately it requires loud playing for some time to get D warmed up and I have not much time on intense testing, but I will continue in this direction until confirmed or refuted the idea.
