Awesome - I have been put off the looks of the reactors compared to the classics perfect sphere  - but that really makes it looks nice.

Awesome! I am thinking of wrapping the sides of my matt black reactors with reflective scarab green or matt gold or chromatic blue.

Wife walked by, saw your image and now also wants a new pair of 600w whites with vinyl wrapping for her workstation.... dammit! LOL

By the way, could you post image(s) of how the side plates look when free of the reactor body?
How much force did you have to use to pry it out? 

Thinking to cut the pinkie finger of surgical gloves, put it over the round edge butter knife like you did, and slowly lift around the edges.
