How to reduce hiss with phono at high volumes?

Thanks so much to everyone who replied. I've been really impressed with this community as a whole. Yet as helpful as the answers are, they are equally disappointing. Spending near $20,000 for an amp was a very large purchase for me, and I have to admit that given everything that I read about how high quality the phono stage of the Expert Pro was, I'm kind of shocked that it leads to so much hiss. Is this something that you have commonly dealt with and therefore expect this type of problem or is it something to be really upset about?

What are the settings you used in the Configurator for the cartridge?
