Sorry, David A, you are right. They are all switchable.
And when I wrote "delayed time" I meant "slow time" ie slow increase in current to prevent turn-on "thump", which is what the HC means.
Sadly, I am pretty sure that HC does NOT mean that the outlet has a higher current capacity than the others. It did in the original PS Audio power products.
Have a look at the manual and see there is no such mention- I had to search the Internet for this (unsatisfactory) answer.
